Casey is a licensed Social Worker who specializes in Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring Disorders. Casey is responsible for establishing a CARF accredited Behavioral Health Department within Muskegon Family Care and developing our Substance Use programs. She has been instrumental in integrating behavioral health and primary care within the clinic. Casey believes in strength based, trauma informed care services. Casey has extensive training in supervision, Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Health Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Health, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Her professional experience began at Health West in Muskegon County working on the Assertive Community Treatment Team. She then transitioned into Private Practice where she provided therapy services to individuals on probation in Muskegon County. Casey has been with Muskegon Family Care since 2016.
