Professional Experience

Frank Wilcox : I have served with Muskegon Family Care since September 2024. I have been a human resource professional for 30 years. During that 30-year time span, I served in various HR leadership positions with national companies that include Spiegel, Catalog, ADVO, Inc., MetroPCS and T-Mobile.

Brief history and Personal Interests

I relocated to west Michigan from the Ann Arbor area a few years ago.

I’m thankful to live and work in a community that cares deeply about all its residents. I have volunteered and supported several organizations in and around the Muskegon area. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 36 years and exploring the many sites and excursions that Muskegon and surrounding counties offer.
