Lesley earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Masters of Social Work at Grand Valley State University. She specializes in working with a variety of individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Lesley utilizes a collaborative person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. Her approach aims to assist individuals in uncovering their inherent resilience by fostering self-awareness and gaining insight to their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
