Dr. Marisha G. Agana is a board certified general pediatrician who also has earned a master's degree in Public Health. She ran and operated a single private pediatric practice for almost 10 years before joining Akron Children's Hospital as one of their pediatric hospitalists. She was the director of medical student education in Pediatrics at the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine before joining Muskegon Family Care Center as their lead pediatrician. She is a published medical author with 8 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles in 7 national and international medical journals on Childhood Obesity, Management of Asthma, Care of Transgender Youth and Management of Metabolic Disorders in Children. She brings with her extensive experience in the care of children from birth to 21 years of age.
