Brenden Edoff is a Registered Dietitian who provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of health conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, and weight management. He is passionate about helping patients build practical, sustainable nutrition habits that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and long-term health goals.
Brenden focuses on patient-centered care, helping individuals navigate complex nutrition information and turn it into realistic daily choices. His approach emphasizes steady, achievable progress rather than quick fixes, empowering patients to improve their overall health while maintaining an enjoyable relationship with food.
In addition to his clinical background, Brenden brings experience in foodservice operations and recipe development and holds a ServSafe Manager Certification. His combined clinical and culinary expertise allows him to provide guidance that is both medically sound and practical for everyday life.
As a former collegiate track and field athlete, Brenden also has a strong interest in sports nutrition and enjoys helping active individuals optimize performance while supporting their overall wellness. Outside of work, he enjoys running, swimming, biking, and spending time with his girlfriend and family.
