Substance Use Treatment

Led by a board-certified addiction specialty physician, our team provides evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals seeking support with substance use, including opioids (including heroin, fentanyl and kratom), alcohol, stimulants (such as cocaine and methamphetamine), and other substances.

Our approach focuses on meeting you where you are. Whether you are actively using, thinking about change, or already in recovery, our team is here to support your goals with respect, dignity, and clinical expertise.

We offer:

  • Medications to treat opioid and alcohol use disorders
  • Supportive care medications for all substance use disorders, including opioid, alcohol, cannabis, and stimulants.
  • Withdrawal management and stabilization
  • Integrated medical and behavioral health services
  • Individual and group support opportunities

We understand that access to care matters. We prioritize flex, flexible access to care. Same-day appointments are often available, and walk-in visits are accommodated whenever possible.

Medications for Substance Use Disorders

Medications are a powerful tool in supporting treatment. The can act to reduce cravings, prevent overdose, and support normalizing brain function.

Our integrated care team, led by our addiction medicine specialist, provides individualized treatment plans that may include medications as appropriate for individual patients. This may include medications to treat an opioid use disorder like buprenorphine-based products (e.g., Suboxone or Sublocade) and medications to treat an alcohol use disorder (e.g., acamprosate or naltrexone).

We work closely with you to determine the best treatment approach based on your goals, preferences, and medical needs coupled with evidence-based practices.

Counseling and Peer Recovery Support Services

We offer a range of services to help you build a sustainable personal, social, and emotional support system for your recovery health. This includes licensed counselors providing individual and group counseling using evidence-based behavioral therapies, support navigating recovery resources and care coordination.

Our certified peer recovery coaches bring lived experience, encouragement and connection. They provide support both in the clinic and in the community to ensure support navigating recovery systems and resources.

Our program is CARF-accredited, reflecting our commitment to high-quality care.
